Leader In Motion

Leader In Motion
What is a “Leader In Motion”? A Leader In Motion is not someone well read with numerous self-help and spirituality books on the shelf. A Leader In Motion is not someone who speaks those self-help and spiritual principles to those around them. A Leader In Motion is one who acts with loving intention leveraging all they know and believe in the most challenging and difficult situations. A Leader In Motion invites spirit in to find solutions to complicated issues and focuses on the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
Do you feel like you live in two different worlds? At home, you are focused on being a loving friend, partner, parent, and sibling but at work you feel like a different person? Do you find that your working environment challenges you at times to act out of alignment with your best authentic self? Have you bought every book on finding your passion and changing careers but still feel stuck? You are not alone! There are hundreds of books to help us change careers, improve our fitness levels, revamp our relationships. However when many of us spend 40-60 hours in the working world each week, how can we continue to grow? Should we relay on our annual performance review again? So many of us “shut off” our missions to grow personally and spiritually the moment we walk out the door for work. We feel victim to our corporate culture, our boss, our team, our patients and our customers. At the end of the day, we walk in the house, take a deep breath, and try to find our “real” selves again.
It’s time we started talking about how to find our passion today at work! Not only does our happiness and spiritual alignment at work impact our stress levels, health, families, love life, and financial security; it also impacts our ability to touch those around us and leave an indelible mark on the world. And furthermore, we can see from the evening news, companies are struggling to make good decisions and at the same time be competitive with numerous issues on the agenda such “raise employee engagement”, “improve corporate culture”, and finally “increase profits”. In this blog cast, Christine is going to interview and take all callers who are striving to bring their most authentic selves to work. We are going to talk about the challenges that arise: the complicated people issues, business issues, and day-to-day political challenges. We are going to talk about how you can use your personal and spiritual principles and beliefs to transform your experience at work and lovingly impact those around you. It doesn’t matter what you read, what you journal, what you say to your kids/friends/family, or whether you make it to church/mosque/temple each week; it’s how you bring your loving intention and your personal beliefs into action in those challenging situations that make you a Leader In Motion.

May 1st – Exclusive Deep Coach, Rich Litvin!
This week Leader In Motion chats with sought after Exclusive Deep Coach, Rich Litvin.
Now one of the world’s most exclusive coaches, Rich Litvin lived most of his life feeling powerless. It is no coincidence that Rich’s unique gift is working with men and women who have forgotten how powerful they are. Or who need to tap deeper into their power than ever before, for what is coming next.
Rich’s clients have included CEOs, millionaires, Olympic Athletes, celebrities, best-selling authors, soldiers, mothers, entrepreneurs, consultants and coaches – and their lives have changed beyond recognition.
Rich shares his Deep Coaching with only five one-on-one clients a year. His clients are by invitation or referral only. His coaching is highly personalized and tailor-made. Working with Rich requires courage and heart.
Coaching with Rich helps you to see your world differently. And when you SEE your world differently, YOUR WORLD CHANGES. You bring your biggest dream. Or your biggest fear. And you get them handled. For ever.
Rich lives his life by a single principle: Hell Yeah! Or No.
He proposed to his wife 10 days after he met her and they spent an entire year traveling the world together. And he resigned as CEO of part of an International Coaching Organization with a $20 million revenue, when he realized that he wasn’t doing what he truly loved. He first left England on his own at the age of 17; he traveled across India alone at 19; lived in rural Africa for two years, South East Asia for over 5 years and the United States for six years. In his first career, he taught children who lived in mud huts in Botswana, children in inner city London and also the son of the world’s wealthiest man.
Now based in Los Angeles, Rich still has a cute British accent. He just became the proud dad of a little baby boy, named Kaleo. And he has now realized that he knows very little about life after all!
